Grow Transform Belong is a Community Interest Company that strives to serve the community by providing services that empower people and organizations, to grow and connect. The vision of GTB CIC is to create an inclusive and safe community, uniting with like-minded people, to make a collective impact.
What we do
GTB CIC works in schools, prisons and the community, with three priorities in mind;
To raise awareness, provide bespoke project work and deliver training to those who are most at need.
To connect passionate people together, to create an integrated approach to social justice
To measure collective impact, through the Growth Alliance, to illuminate the value of relationship-centred work.
We host events and campaigns to raise awareness around issues linked with social justice. We offer a membership service to connect like-minded people and organisations, to pool our power for positive change. We deliver Growth Projects across educational and criminal justice sectors, which focus on transforming organisational culture and addressing organisational problems.
We work towards sustainable solutions with service users and staff, to find new ways of working. We include everyone in the solution! We research everything we do, to continuously learn and improve. We work in partnership with Growth Alliance members to collaborate, not compete.
